Stakeholder engagement

Stakeholder consultation forms an institutional practice, adhering rigorously to specific principles and objectives, continually refined through the Sustainable Development Report. This process is characterized by systematic feedback loops and a commitment to ongoing improvement. To facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, we document and evaluate all their proposals, ideas, and concerns, transforming our response strategies for local communities and broader stakeholder groups.

The objectives of the Consultation process are:

  • Understanding and responding to the expectations of key stakeholders operating within our value chain
  • Verifying the “material issues” and spreading corporate values and the concept of responsible entrepreneurship
  • Continuously striving to enhance transparency and retain social acceptance of our operations
  • Recognizing and bridging, in the most constructive manner, any differences between our policies and the stakeholder perceptions on material issues related to our sustainable development strategy
  • Highlighting new collaborative approaches to improve and strengthen existing relationships, as well as recognizing economic, environmental, and social risks and opportunities
