As part of this commitment, we have established a mechanism for Recording and Reporting incidents or irregularities, commonly referred to as Whistleblowing. This mechanism is designed to safeguard the interests of our employees and any stakeholders with whom we engage in business activities, ensuring full compliance with the provisions set forth in Law 4990/2022. The Reporting Mechanism is activated in cases of violation of corporate policies and procedures, as well as violations of relevant Legislation and European Union directives.
Indicatively, violations may concern a wide range of areas including but not limited to public contracts, financial services, product safety and compliance, transportation safety, environmental protection, public health, consumer rights, personal data protection, bribery and corruption.
