Polyeco, devoted to its commitment to sustainable development and innovation, has been recognized once again at the Bravo Sustainability Dialogue & Awards 2024, a forum for dialogue and the promotion of sustainability initiatives.
The company was honored under the Governance Pillar, in the category “Stakeholder Dialogue,” reaffirming its leading role in sustainability, innovation, and responsible management.
The awarded initiative, titled “Stakeholder Engagement for the Identification and Prioritization of Material Issues – Double Materiality Analysis”, was carried out as part of the company’s Sustainability Report (ESG Report). Its primary objective was to establish a structured dialogue with employees, social partners, and collaborators. Through this systematic process, Polyeco successfully identified and prioritized material issues across the three Sustainability Pillars – Environment, Society, and Governance – that shape its strategy for sustainable development.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the evaluation committee, our employees, and collaborators who highlighted this initiative through the voting process, as well as the organizers for the successful execution of this year’s event.
This distinction is a significant acknowledgment of our efforts and broader corporate culture in Sustainable Development. It serves as both inspiration and a guide to remain committed to fostering initiatives that promote innovation, sustainability, and responsible business practices.

Polyeco On The List Of “The Most Sustainable Companies In Greece 2023”
Polyeco has once again secured its position among the leading companies shaping the Business Charter for Sustainable Development in our country, marking the 5th consecutive year of this achievement.
During an event hosted at Goulandris Natural History Museum on March 30th 2023, the QualityNet Foundation presented its annual evaluation of Business Performance in Sustainable Development, focusing on ESG criteria. A comprehensive technical assessment was conducted, evaluating various aspects including the companies’ initiatives, stakeholder engagement, impact monitoring through policy procedures and indicators, as well as their disclosure of non-financial information. An Independent Jury performed the final evaluation, resulting in the recognition of 36 companies as “The Most Sustainable Companies in Greece 2023.” These exceptional companies were featured in the Sustainability Performance Directory, which follows the guidelines of the Greek Sustainability Code.
Polyeco, alongside seven other companies, received recognition in the Industry sector for its exceptional performance in environmental responsibility, social engagement, and corporate governance. This distinction affirms our company’s unwavering dedication to a comprehensive approach to Sustainable Development, the adoption of strategies that foster responsible business practices, and our firm belief in leading the way towards developing sustainable, reliable, and innovative solutions to safeguard our planet.

Bravo Sustainability Dialogue & Awards 2022
For the year 2022, Polyeco was recognized at the Bravo Sustainability Dialogue & Awards organized by the QualityNet Foundation for the corporate initiative “Zero Waste Office” under the Environment pillar, putting into practice the company’s vision for a sustainable and circular economy. The initiative gradually started to be implemented in the offices of Polyeco facilities in early 2020 with the aim of minimizing waste production during working hours, utilizing generated waste as resources, and zeroing the quantity of waste sent to landfills. These goals align with European legislation, the Waste Framework Directive, and the waste management hierarchy. The initiative targets all company employees as well as visitors. Operating a zero-waste production company is not easy, as employees need to be trained and make many changes to their daily habits, even giving up some of the ‘luxuries’ they had.
