Ioannis Polychronopoulos: Honorary Distinction from “A Energy” for His Lifetime Achievements in Environmental Stewardship

Ioannis Polychronopoulos, the founder of Polyeco, was recognized for his visionary leadership, foundational principles, and lifelong dedication to the environment at the 2nd Investment-Scientific Forum on "Energy Utilization of Waste, Biomass, and Biomethane".

The award, presented in a highly emotive ceremony by Professor Maria Loizidou, Emeritus at the National Technical University of Athens and Chair of the Waste-to-Energy Council, was conferred on behalf of the Organizing Committee. The criteria for this distinguished recognition were outlined by journalist and committee member Ms. Anta Seimanidi.
