Management of Solidified Asphalt Waste

Polyeco operates a contaminated asphalt waste processing unit. The unit receives contaminated and solidified asphalt in open metal drums. Based on quantitative and qualitative characteristics, the appropriate processing method is selected, where:

  • either liquidation through heating and return for use
  • or cold fragmentation and incorporation into solid alternative fuel is applied.

The entire process is conducted with strict adherence to the highest hygiene, safety, and environmental protection standards.
